Meet Our Founder

“As an Executive Coach and Conference Producer, I came across a lot of overwhelmed people – and I was one of them! I had struggled with eating disorders and often used caffeine, sugar and late night work sessions to keep trucking.

I always said if I found the “missing link” to feeling calmer and more focused on a daily basis, I would share it with the world. MicroNourish is that vision brought to life. When I discovered the power that micronutrients and brain-gut balance had on helping me achieve equilibrium, I started MicroNourish to provide high-quality solutions that I wish I’d known about many years ago.”

How Micronourish was born

Nadia started MicroNourish after her quest to improve her focus, digestion and eating led her to learn about the importance of micronutrients and gut health. Taking a broad-spectrum of micronutrients provided a new level of clarity and balance across her whole life – from her overall outlook, daily focus, cravings and sleep cycles. Nadia immediately wanted to help others find the path sooner than she had – and provide high-quality micronutrients from a company people could trust. She worked with scientists and micronutrient experts to develop a system of nutritional formulas that she takes herself, and confidently gives to her family.

With a career background as a Media Producer and Executive Coach, Nadia never imagined she would end up producing nutrient formulas. But the MicroNourish System is the perfect combination of her long-held passions: Understanding how the mind works, focusing on alternative and nutritional health solutions, looking at individuals from a holistic perspective, and supporting people to be their best, brightest selves.
