Meet Our Experts
Nadia is the founder of MicroNourish, an Executive Coach, and curator of this magazine designed to provide educational resources and practical tools to help you improve your focus, increase your mental clarity and enjoy more calm in your life. Nadia started MicroNourish after her quest to improve her own focus, digestion and eating led her to learn about the importance of micronutrients and gut health. Taking a broad-spectrum of micronutrients provided an equilibrium she had never experienced. Nadia immediately wanted to help others find the path sooner than she had. The MicroNourish System & Magazine was born.
Brian Lu, Neuroscience Researcher
Brian is currently a sophomore at Brown University studying Neuroscience with interests in Applied Mathematics and Chemistry. In his own words:
"Neuroscience has always interested me because of how it combines my favorite elements of chemistry, biology, and psychology to create a new field that is constantly evolving and challenging. We have made crucial discoveries in how we think and behave in the last couple of decades and I want to be there for more discoveries in the future.
I'm also fascinated with nutrition because of how applicable it is. We all eat and drink, so why not find out more about it? It's amazing to think that such small changes in what we eat can have such large impacts on how we feel and behave. With infinite combinations of molecules that all have their own effects on our bodies, nutrition is an intricate puzzle that is both fun and rewarding to research."
Outside of school and work, Brian is an avid soccer fan, competitive power-lifter, and debater.
